ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with a case registered in Crime No.12 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offence u/s 419, 420, 465, 468, 470 and 471 of IPC seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and also the learned counsel for the intervenor.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not been arrayed as accused in the case and only a notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. has been issued directing the petitioner to appear for enquiry and without choosing to appear before the police for enquiry, the petitioner has rushed to this court.

4. Considering the fact that, as of now, the petitioner has not been arrayed as accused in the case and he is not wanted by the police for arrest and only a notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. has been issued to the petitioner directing his to appear for enquiry, apprehension of arrest entertained by the petitioner as of now is unfounded. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for enquiry under Section 41A of Cr.P.C.
5. The Registry is directed to list this matter on 19.04.2021. Till such time, the petitioner shall not be arrested by the respondent police.
