Comp.A.Nos.296 of 2020 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY J, The Deputy Official Liquidator submits that an application has been filed for the sale of 24 properties of the company in liquidation. As regards the remaining 26 properties, he states that such application would be prepared shortly.

2.The Official Liquidator is directed to depute a person to coordinate with the learned Administrator so as to ensure that the affairs of the company are managed in the most efficient manner possible. If the application filed for sale of assets is in order, the Registry is directed to list such application on 26.11.2021.
