ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6219 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 1/3
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had complied with the conditions imposed from 05.03.2025 to 13.04.2025. Since he was apprehension of arrest in another case, he was unable to continue complying with the said conditions. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the submissions on both sides and the nature of offence, since the petitioner complied with the conditions from 05.03.2025 to 13.04.2025, and was apprehended in another case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6219 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025 is relaxed.
