PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the orders passed by the Principal Judge Family Court, Chennai, in I.A.No.1865 of 2013 in I.A.No.89 of 2013 in O.P.No.1133 of 2012 dt.09.10.2013.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 09 October 2013 in I.A.No.1865/2013 in I.A.No.89/2013 in O.P.No.1133/2013 dismissing the application filed by the petitioner for review.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned counsel on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai passed an order in I.A.No.89 of 2013 granting permission to the respondent to appear and represent through his power agent. The order has become final.

4.The petitioner filed an application to review the order in I.A.No.89/2013 before the Family Court, Chennai. The application was dismissed. It is only the said order, which is impugned in this Civil Revision Petition.

5.The petitioner has not filed any revision challenging the order dated 04.06.2013 in I.A.No.89/2013. There is no question of considering the order in the review application, without there being any challenge to the order in I.A.No.89/2013. Therefore, I am of the view that absolutely there is no merit in the present Civil Revision Petition.

6. In the upshot, I dismiss this Civil Revision Petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
