This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15705 of 2022 to report before trial Court viz The Additional District Court, Mayiladuthurai, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before The Additional District Court, Mayiladuthurai, once in a week at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.
