Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents-Police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.52 of 2025, charge sheet was filed before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi vide EFiling No.LTN20220001450C202500243 on 09.07.2025.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
