No. 6016/2014 Sa.Pa. dated 29.9.2014 whereby confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No.Nil dated 31.5.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits and monetary benefits along with service continuity.

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka. No. 6016/2014 Sa.Pa. dated 29.9.2014 whereby confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No.Nil dated 31.5.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits and monetary benefits along with service continuity https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
