O R D E R

This is the petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 08.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/defacto complainant states that the accused who has obtained anticipatory bail, has not complied the condition of furnishing surety.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the accused had not reported before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., as directed by this Court, while granting anticipatory bail.

4. Thus from the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/defacto complainant as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, it is clear that the accused Satheesh had not complied the condition imposed by this Court on 08.05.2024 while granting anticipatory bail. Hence, the order granting anticipatory bail is hereby set aside.

5. Accordingly, this petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail is allowed.
