ORDER

This Criminal Revision has been filed as against the order dated 03.03.2025 passed in the Crl.MP.No.1103 of 2025 on the file of learned XVIIth Judicial Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court, by an order dated 12.06.2025 found prima facie case to register FIR and directed the fourth respondent to register FIR. Aggrieved by the same, the fifth respondent herein, preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and it is pending in SLP No.9650 of 2025 and also obtained an interim order of stay.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision is closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court subject to the result of SLP No.9650 of 2025.
