side] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In Crl.M.P.No.13181 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.806 of 2016, this Court has suspended the sentence on 07.03.2018 and directed the release of the petitioner on bail on various conditions, one of which is that, the petitioner shall appear before the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri, weekly twice on the first and last working days of every week at 10.30 a.m. This petition has been filed for relaxing the said condition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition from 17.07.2018. 4.In view of the above, this petition is allowed by modifying the aforesaid condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month until disposal of the appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
