This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.5(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15053 of 2025, dated 16.05.2025. 1/4

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition imposed on him vide order dated 16.05.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.15053 of 2025. Since the petitioner working as a driver, he could not able to arrange the money to purchase 1000 kgs of rice and the amount of Rs.50,000/- is very huge amount for him. So he could not able to mobilize the said money within a short span of time, therefore prays to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15053 of 2025. 3.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side). 4.

Considering the submissions of both sides, this Court while dismissing this petition for modification, grants 15 days time, from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to comply with the condition in para No.5(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15053 of 2025, dated 16.05.2025. 5.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed with the above direction.
