ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that she is not pressing the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition and that she would be satisfied if liberty is granted to make a representation to the Government, seeking for redressal of their grievances.

2. In view of the submission made and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a representation to the Government, ventilating his grievances and on receipt of the said representation, the Government shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
