ORDER

Mr.A.Baskaran, Assistant Engineer, Salem Corporation, Salem, appeared in person and submitted a copy of the letter furnished by the writ petitioner to the Commissioner, Salem Corporation, on 09.08.2016. The letter states that the objections raised by the petitioner for construction of the water tank was discussed in the presence of the District Collector and the consensus had arrived and accordingly, the petitioners have not raised any objection for the construction of the water tank in the said locality.

2.The petitioners had given no objection for the construction of the water tank, and in the said letter they have referred the present writ petition also. That being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. 2/4
