This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that, on a complaint lodged by one Vijayeswari @ Amudhavalli, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the Petitioner shall not be harassed.
