This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.5.2025 to grant permission and to give police protection for conducting cock-fight at Kallamedu Colony and village, Konedampettai Post, Pallipattu Taluk, Thiruvallur District proposed to be conducted from 14.6.2025 to 16.6.2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent- Police and perused the materials available on record. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2025 was considered and rejection order was also passed on 06.06.2025.

4. Since the petitioner's representation dated 06.5.2025 had already been considered and final order had also been passed on 06.06.2025 by the respondents, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
