No.7957/2008 (A2) cancelling the Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land of an extent of 1.83 acres, comprised in Survey No.243, in Arulmighu Veera Vengi Narayanaswamy Temple, Veeranam Village, Salem District and quash the same.
