ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner association is that their members are the schedule tribe students and they are entitled to Post Matric Scholarship. 2.The association of which, the colleges in which the students are pursuing their studies are members and they feel aggrieved that Post Matric Scholarship due to the students of the respective colleges have not been disbursed by the 2nd respondent.

3.Mr.G.Ameedius, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, makes a statement that the Directorate of scheduled tribes has passed a proceeding dated 16.03.2021 and have made the necessary 2/4

payments to the respective colleges for the academic year 2019-2020 to 2021-2022.

4.This court now directs the respondents 1 and 2 to pay the Post Matric Scholarship fund to the respective colleges which are entitled to receive them from and after the academic year 2022-2023 upwards within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
