Learned Additional Advocate General adverting to the support affidavit submitted that the order has been uploaded, hard copy of the download from official website has been filed, petitioner has applied for certified copy, it is yet to be furnished and that the petitioner undertakes to file the same as and when it is furnished by the Registry. 4. Owing to the facts and circumstances of the case on hand, the above reason qua dispense with prayer in captioned CMPs is acceptable.
