ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7292 of 2025, dated 08.04.2025.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
