The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to return the release deed dated 05.08.2014 vide document No.6615/2014. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had already registered the document and the same was also returned to the petitioner on 09.12.2014.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
