ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam to dispose the case in C.C.No.124 of 2018 pending on his file within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam to expedite the trial in C.C.No.124 of 2018 and complete the same, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
