Considering the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition and the limited scope of the prayer that is sought for in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2014, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
