ORDER
Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 27.7.2012, made in W.P.No.16976 of 2010, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ behalf of the respondents had submitted that the order
passed by this Court, on 27.7.2012, in W.P.No.16976 of 2010, had been complied with. He had also placed before this Court the proceedings of the Director General of Police, dated 17.12.2014, in support of his contention.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate.
4. In such circumstances, no further order is necessary in the present contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed.
