PRAYER in W.P.No.18759 of 2014: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 5 to 8 to pay a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- as compensation to the petitioner's family for the death of their son Sarathkumar, who died on 15.05.2013 by committing suicide because irrational approaches and acts of the respondents 5 to 8 who failed in XII standard public examination result published on 03.05.2013.

PRAYER in W.P.No.18760 of 2014: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 9th respondent to investigate the matter and file report before this Court based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.06.2013.
