PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.2116/09/A2 dated 28.07.2009 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to count 50% of service of the petitioner as NMR service for purpose of pension and other benefits.
