ORDER

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 6. Issuance of notice to the eighth respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner has given representations dated 09.01.2024, 2/5

13.08.2025 and 24.03.2026 to the fourth respondent for cancelling the building approval granted to the eighth respondent.

3. The fourth respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representations within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before disposing of the same, the fourth respondent will put the eighth respondent on notice.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All contentions of the eighth respondent are left open.

5. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
