CMP.Nos.12911 and 12916 of 2022 in S.A.No.531 of 2021 and C.M.P.No.11100 of G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN., J, These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused to the second appeal due to death of sole appellant namely late Ramalingam and to bring on the legal heirs of deceased sole appellant in the above second appeal and rank them as Appellants 2 to 7 in the above second appeal.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Second Appeal.
