2.This writ petition has been filed in the nature of certiorarified mandamus seeking records relating to the notification dated 09.10.2014, published in Dina Boomi, Daily Newspaper by the 4th respondent, Commissioner, Thirupathur Municipality in Vellore District and to direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of small open shops bearing Nos.44, 28, 58, 45, 78, 57, 67, 20, 70 at Old Santhai Sakthi Nagar, Vaniyambadi Road, Thirupathur, Vellore District. 3.The notification had been issued more than ten years back. There is no representation to show whether the said cause still survives. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
