The learned counsel for the 5th defendant has filed a written statement and the conditional order passed on 11.07.2019 has also been complied with. In view of the fact, I had extended the time of filing the written statement till 18.07.2019, subject to condition on payment of costs the delay in filing the written statement is deemed to be condoned and the written statement is taken on file.

2. The counsel for the defendants 2 to 4 submits that he had represented the written statement along with an application to condone the delay in filing the written statement. Since there is a delay in representation, an application to condone the delay in representation is also filed and the same is to be listed before the learned Master.
