This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 116 days in re-presenting the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in re-presenting the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
