The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that in spite of the efforts taken by him to contact the writ petitioner for the purpose of pursuing the matter, he could not able to secure any instructions. The learned counsel for the petitioner further states that he has sent a letter to the petitioner and there is no response. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions.
