This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to issue patta to the petitioner's house site bearing Survey No.148/31 of an extent of 2.1/2 cents at Kudumiyampatty Village & Post, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District by considering the last representations of the petitioner dated 06.10.2020 within the stipulated time framed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 06.10.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for patta with respect to the subject property.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the third respondent by proceedings dated 11.12.2020 has rejected the claim made by the petitioner. The written instructions that was received from the third respondent was also circulated before this Court.

3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the third respondent, it is also left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
