2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case investigation has been completed, charge sheet has also been filed and the case was taken on file and the accused are convicted.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), nothing survives for further consideration in this matter and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
