Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records from the second respondent bank issued a impugned paper publication dated 11.9.2020 published in Daily Thanthi, Salem Edition and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 5.1.2019.

ORDER
(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the respondent bank, on instructions, submits that the account of the petitioner is now standard and, as such, no SARFAESI proceedings are pending against the petitioner.
2. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent bank, no further orders are necessary in this matter. As such, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.55 and 56 of 2021 are closed.
