Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO. 9852/2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.LAXMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of KRITIKA KAMAL.P., GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Dr.R.Kathiravan, Designated Officer, Food Safety Department is present.

2.The petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on his appearance, he shall be released on bail under Section 436 Cr.P.C on the same day itself, on condition that he executes a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties. Thereafter, the petitioner shall give an undertaking that he will appear before the trial Court without waiting for summons in the

event of Crl.OP.No.9852 of 2018 being dismissed.
