Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent comprised in the order bearing No. Na.Ka.No.A2/565/2015 dated 2.3.2016, quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to forthwith grant permission for drawing water using the pipelines between the petitioner's land Survey No.1/1B and Survey No.3/2B, Mummudi Village, Attur Taluk by collecting track rent as recommended by the 4th respondent in their communication dated 27.07.2015 in letter No.K 51/2015 dated 27.7.2015. Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records of the 5th respondent comprised in the order bearing No.Ko-2/ E.Po.(Tha)/2015 dated 17.12.2015 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to forthwith issue 'No Objection Certificate' to the petitioner to draw and water through the pipelines from the petitioner's lands comprised in Survey No.3/2B and Survey No.1/1B, Mummudi Village.
