These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking to quash the proceedings issued by the first respondent in Letter (Ms), No.129, School Education (Pa.Ka.5(2)) 2013-1 dated 17.07.2013 and to direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner within the Chennai District based on the priority list which was given on the counseling dated 28.06.2014 and the representation dated 04.07.2014.
2. On 28.03.2019, when the Writ Petitions were taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to post the matters under the caption "For dismissal" on 04.04.2019. Accordingly, when the matters are listed today i.e. on 04.04.2019 under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner even today. Hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
