For Petitioner : Mr.K.Shankar For Respondent : No appearance COMMON ORDER Challenge in these revisions is made to the orders dated 30.05.2023 in Crl.M.P.Nos.95 & 96/2023 on the file of the learned Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level No.II, Poonamallee. 2.The revision petitioner is the complainant and he filed a private complaint u/s.200 Cr.P.C. against the respondents / accused for an offence punishable u/s.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (N.I. Act). Since there was a delay of 64 days in filing the complaint he filed a petition u/s.142(b) of the Negotiable Instruments Act praying to condone the same. The learned Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level No.II, Poonamallee, vide his orders dated 30.05.2023 dismissed both the petitions on the ground that the revision petitioner did not show sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Aggrieved over the same, the

present revisions are filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents contended that he does not have any objection in allowing these revisions and also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In the circumstances, the present criminal revisions are allowed. The orders dated 30.05.2023 in Crl.M.P.Nos.95 & 96/2023 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level No.II, Poonamallee, is set aside.
