This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No. 162 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, P1_Puliyanthope Police Station, Chennai.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased Dheenadhayalan injected the drug into his body through syringe, due to which he fainted. Thereafter, he was taken to hospital where he died. Hence, the case.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He prays to allow this petition.
5. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) submits that the petitioner and the deceased regularly injected the drug and also nine Nitrovet tablets have been recovered from the petitioner. Further, the petitioner is having one NDPS Cases. Hence, he prays to dismiss this petition.
4. Considering the gravity of the offence and also petitioner is
having one previous case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
