C.M.P.Nos.13309 to 13311 of 2020 have been filed to condone the delay of 449 days in representing the appeal papers filed under C.M.P.SR.Nos.140822, 140823 & 140821 of 2018 respectively dated 11.12.2018 in the above appeal. 2.Heard Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, C.M.P.Nos.13309 to 13311 of 2020 are ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the applications filed to condone the delay seeking to set aside the abatement petition, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent and to bring on record the legal heirs of the 2nd respondent and list the matter on 08.12.2020.
