This application is filed to permit the defendants/applicants to produce additional documents (3 in number) in C.S.No.777 of 2005. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that D8 to D14 are the legal heirs of the deceased first defendant. The documents sought to be produced are necessary documents to prove the case of the defendants. They are impleaded as defendants only on 14.03.2022.

4.Considering the fact that D8 to D14 are impleaded only on 14.03.2022, this Court finds that an opportunity be given to produce the documents in support of their case.
