Crl.MP.No.9281 of 2016 in Crl.OP.No.27282 of 2015 P.N.PRAKASH, J It is seen that by order dated 26.11.2015 in Crl.OP.No.27282 of 2015, this Court had directed the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Team-II, Chennai to complete the investigation in Crime No.1339 of 2013 and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Now, the respondent-Police have filed the present petition for extension of time on the ground that some other materials have to be collected.

3. Accepting the reasons given in the affidavit filed by Mr.M.Clastin David, the Investigating Officer, six months time is granted as prayed for to complete the investigation in Crime No.1339 of 2013, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
