ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to direct the respondents to forthwith regularise the services of the petitioner as a Junior Assistant by considering and passing necessary orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 07.11.2014, 03.11.2017 and 08.06.2018.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as a temporary Junior Assistant in the year 2003. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted various representations for regularization of service from the year 2014. However, till date, the representations were not considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner and to dispose of the same within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would agreed that the representations would be considered in accordance with law.
5.Without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to direct the respondents to consider the representations and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
