2022-11-10Honourable Mrs Justice J. Nisha Banu2 pages

W.M.P.No.19427 of 2022 in W.P.No.13185 of 2010 J. NISHA BANU, J.

This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 104 days in filing the petition to set aside the dismissal order dated 14.03.2022 passed in W.P.No.13185 of 2010.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that after dismissal of the writ petition, disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner and final order has also been passed by the respondents and the said order was also served on the petitioner.

3. Since final order has been passed by the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this condone delay petition. Hence, W.M.P.No.19427 of 2022 is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final order passed by the respondents, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
