ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner in para No.6(b) by this Court by order dated 17.04.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.10925 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions the condition imposed by this Court that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
