This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to enquire into the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.07.2022 received vide C.S.R.No.663 of 2022 dated 13.07.2022 as against the respondents 2 to 4 and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to give adequate protection to the life and property of the petitioner.
2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the first respondent issued CSR No.663 of 2022 and thereafter, conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
