The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring the petitioners/proposed parties on record as the Legal Representatives of the deceased appellant S.Saroja and rank them as the 2nd and 3rd appellant in S.A.No.854 of 2016.

2. Heard Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 8, 11 and 12 and he would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents 1, 8, 11 and 12 has no objection in allowing this petition, CMP.No.15588 of 2024 in S.A.No.854 of 2016 is ordered as prayed for.
