This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 21.09.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.09.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the transfer of patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

fourth respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 18.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the fourth respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
