ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner pursuant to his representation dated 15.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent police impleading the petitioner as an accused in un-related cases for statistical purpose and continuously harassing him under the guise of enquiry.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner had not appeared before the Court in connection with the case in C.C.No.574 of 2023 on the file of the 2/5

Principal Special Court under E.C. Act and therefore, the Court had issued NBW against the petitioner and in order to execute the NBW only, the respondent police went in search of the petitioner and that there is no harassment.
