This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8883 of 2025, dated 26.03.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8883 of 2025, dated 26.03.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
